100 Day Challenge – Day 3

My lovely wife talked me into doing something called the 100 Day Challenge, which is where you do something you want to get into the habit of for 100 days in a row. I am doing it for exercise to sort of jump-start my flagging efforts to get healthier. Today was only the third day and it was still dark when I was leaving the gym this morning, but I felt really energized and positive, so I guess I have that to look forward to on weekday mornings when the alarm goes off at 5!
