  1. This is my first time reading your blog so I had to scan all the other entries to catch up.
    I agree with the idea that you need to do something consistently for a length of time in order to develop a habit.
    My wife and I made a commitment to fitness starting October 15th, 2013. Next to the birth of our daughter (6 years old now), it’s the most extreme change we’ve ever gone through. It’s been extremely difficult but the results have been fantastic.
    I wish you the best and hope you continue living a healthy lifestyle past 100 days.

    • Aw, thanks Tim! I plan to keep up with fitness after the 100 days, just maybe not EVERY day. My workout is really starting to be a highlight of my day, I can’t imagine giving it up!
